EASY: Generally easy going with only short periods of trekking on good paths and at low altitudes.

MODERATE: Suitable for hill hikers with relatively short days on good to uneven paths. You do, however, need to be in reasonably good physical shape to negotiate the ascents and descents of any given path.

STRENUOUS: Not suitable for everyone. Physically very challenging and suited for those who have plenty of experience in trekking and hiking, for long stretches of time. One would need to be concerned about steep ascents and descents, which is especially demanding on knees and back.
